That’s concerning for those of us who have relied almost entirely on our left-hemisphere.

The work we’re proposing is aimed at supporting the development of emotional intelligence, mental capacities and inspiring individuals to become more engaged with their work – as well as their place in the wider world. We want each individual to become more self-governing, so resources can be freed up.

We emulate a style of leadership unheard of in the corporate world – “Leading from the unknown”. This approach is rooted in an understanding that there is far more that is unknown than is knowable. That we don’t have all of the answers despite wanting to and that if we continue to try and force things to happen like we want them to, we will miss the most significant – perhaps most subtly presented – opportunities to help us make changes the way we need to. This approach will free you up to look 10 years ahead – as is increasingly necessary – instead of to the next 6 months.
